Redexim North America, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Lower Southern England to drive growth across the Southern England territory and manage Redexim’s regional partners and end-user relationships.

You will lead demonstrations, build new business, and provide regular reports while coordinating with marketing and partners. A proven sales track record and the ability to travel extensively are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in territory sales, preferably within turf equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time, and to operate company vehicles/equipment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Achieve territory sales, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maintain and grow existing partnerships while creating demand for Redexim products among end users and supporting Partner growth.
• Generate new business through CRM lead management, prospecting, networking and product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with golf courses, sports field managers, contractors, municipalities, schools, universities and other turf maintenance customers.
• Collaborate with customers to increase sales through training, product range reviews, demonstrations, annual reviews and ongoing support.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and provide regular reports to management.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending trade shows, industry events, customer demonstrations and association activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, quotations and sales-related activities within the territory.
• Conduct market research and provide competitor and customer feedback to support business strategy.
• Use CRM and business systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Manage travel, expenses and territory operations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
