Job summary

Farol Ltd in Hinckley, part of Europe’s largest John Deere Turf dealership, seeks a Golf Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Birmingham area. You will work with world-class brands and lead CRM-driven opportunities while building lasting customer relationships.

You will bring strong sales experience, knowledge of turf machinery, and the ability to manage a territory with initiative and teamwork. A company vehicle and commission scheme enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf machinery and turf machinery essential.
• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Familiarity with John Deere or similar machinery dealership preferred.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across your area using our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to plan, track and grow opportunities.
• Achieve targets set by the Golf & Turf Business Director, including sales volume, gross profit and product mix.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and represent the company with professionalism and pride.
