Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

The position is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany, within the internal combustion engine development team. You will work on the combustion process and calibration of a high-performance powertrain, aiming to maximize engine performance and efficiency while ensuring reliability. Your responsibilities include development measures during concept, design, commissioning, and testing phases.
