Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the area of internal combustion engine development, you will work on the combustion process/calibration of a high-performance powertrain. Your task is to develop the maximum performance and efficiency of the engine in the sub-areas of combustion processes, turbocharging, and calibration, while at the same time ensuring the required reliability. You perform development measures in the concept and design phase as well as in the commissioning and testing phase.
