RTL Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to oversee tunnelling and underground civils projects from Carlisle.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure strict health and safety, quality and programme compliance on site.

Applicants should have proven site management or supervision experience in tunnelling or deep excavations and hold SMSTS and CSCS cards.

Qualifications

• Proven site management or site supervision experience in tunnelling, shaft sinking or underground civils.
• Strong background in heavy civil engineering and infrastructure.
• SMSTS and Gold or Black CSCS card.
• Experience with TBM, SCL, deep excavations or microtunnelling is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage day to day site operations and subcontractors.
• Oversee tunnelling, shaft sinking and underground construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site resources.
• Monitor progress and liaise with project management and engineering teams.
