Trusts Managers (2 Positions) - Leading Disability Charity

We have an exciting opportunity for two Trusts Managers working for a leading disability charity, reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager. In this role, you will develop and build relationships with trusts and foundations to drive income. You will take a leading role in securing single and multi-year grants from regional and national trust-making organizations, developing long-term support aligned with the fundraising strategy and priorities.

This role offers the opportunity to line manage a Philanthropy Officer, inspiring and leading them to increase income from lower-level funders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure funds above £25,000 from charitable trusts and foundations.
• Craft tailored proposals for trusts and foundations, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conduct prospect research to identify potential new funding sources from trusts and foundations.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful, you should have experience in securing significant funding from trusts and foundations, excellent communication skills, and experience in prospect research.
