Job Title: Fundraising Officer

Reporting to the Head of Income Generation and Fundraising, we are seeking a passionate individual committed to helping vulnerable young people achieve their potential. This role involves contributing to our £1 million fundraising target by writing compelling proposals and reports that showcase our impact. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with current and potential funders, managing our restricted income pipeline.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success in securing funding, preferably within youth, sport for development, or health & wellbeing sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience in writing funding proposals and cultivating relationships with funders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising and business development
2. Write compelling funding proposals and cases for support, from £5,000 to hundreds of thousands
3. Manage and grow Trusts and Grants pipeline, identifying new funding opportunities
4. Cultivate and steward relationships with funders
5. Represent the Trust at programmes, events, and funder meetings
