Job summary

The Southbank Centre is seeking a Trusts & Foundations Executive to join our Development team on a full-time, permanent contract. You will manage a portfolio of funders, deliver cultivation and stewardship, and coordinate funding applications and reports for major projects across arts, engagement and public programming.

Qualifications

• Experience of persuasive fundraising writing.
• Strong transferable research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Good numeracy with ability to present budgets clearly.
• Strong administrative skills and accurate record-keeping with software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of prospective and existing funders, delivering cultivation and stewardship.
• Prepare and submit funding applications in agreement with the team.
• Oversee reporting deadlines and requirements for the Grants team, compiling information and reports.
• Build internal relationships to support information sharing for grants fundraising and budgets.
