Southbank Centre in London is seeking a Trusts & Foundations Executive to join the Development team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage a portfolio of funders, develop grant proposals, and coordinate reporting in line with guidelines.

The role requires persuasive writing, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication across diverse audiences. A hybrid working model and benefits accompany the position.

• Experience in fundraising writing for trusts and foundations.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to present budgets clearly.
• High attention to detail and strong record-keeping.

Mansioni

• Managing a portfolio of prospective and existing funders, delivering cultivation and stewardship.
• Making funding applications in agreement with the team.
• Holding the overview of reporting deadlines and requirements for the Grants team, gathering necessary information, and preparing reports according to guidelines.
• Building internal relationships across the Southbank Centre to support information sharing for grants fundraising, including the timely compilation of budgets and financial reports.
• Managing a proactive monitoring and research programme to ensure team members are aware of new funding opportunities from public funders, Trusts, and Foundations.
