Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in trusts work.
• Lawyers with backgrounds in contentious trusts, private client disputes or trustee advisory work.
• Ability to advise on discretionary decision-making with competing beneficiary interests.

Responsibilities

• Advising on discretionary trusts for life assurance master trusts.
• Assessing competing beneficiary claims and analysing evidence.
• Supporting trustees in documenting robust decision-making processes.
