Henderson Scott is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Private Client Dispute Resolution team in Leeds. The role offers hybrid working, handling high-value contentious probate, trust and estate disputes for UK clients.

You will work with leading specialists to develop technical expertise, manage a varied caseload, and progress within a supportive, collaborative environment. Prior experience in complex private client disputes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.
• Experience handling contentious probate, trust and estate disputes.
• Strong technical, negotiation and case management skills.
• Ability to advise clients on complex and sensitive matters.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a high-performing team.
