• Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Location: Hybrid basis, with attendance at the UK National Centre near Bristol 3 days/week

The Role

Seeking an experienced Trusts and Grants Manager to operationalise and deliver a refreshed trusts and grants strategy. Responsible for managing the full portfolio, developing a funder pipeline, submitting applications and reports, stewarding funders, and maximizing income. Initially sole responsibility with potential team expansion.

The Candidate

• Proven track record of securing grants from trusts and foundations
• Confident in writing funding applications and reports
• Strong project management and relationship skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Motivated and proactive
