Job summary

You will collaborate with Headteachers, School Resource Managers and the central team to enhance business services and add value to school operations.

The role involves implementing consistent processes, coaching staff, and offering hands-on support during transitions, with travel required between campuses from a designated base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of consistent processes and high standards across schools.
• Build capacity and resilience by coaching school-based teams.
• Provide hands-on operational support during periods of transition, absence or increased demand.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of business services.
• Travel across schools; expenses are claimable from the base location.
