Job summary

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a School Resource Business Partner to provide strategic oversight, professional leadership and operational support across a group of schools. You will work with Headteachers and central teams to drive high standards and add value to how our schools operate.

Based at a designated location with travel across schools, you will lead process implementation, coach school teams, support transitions and contribute to continuous improvement of business services across

Qualifications

• Experience in business management roles within schools or education settings.
• Strong knowledge of operational compliance and safeguarding requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-school initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
