Job summary

Nexus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive School Resource Business Partner to provide strategic oversight and operational support across a group of schools. You will work with Headteachers and central teams to implement consistent processes and raise standards, while coaching school-based teams and handling periods of transition and high demand.

The role involves travel across schools, offering hands-on support and contributing to long-term planning and continuous improvement of business
