Job summary

The Howard Partnership Trust invites an exceptional leader to become our first Director of Secondary Phase, guiding five secondary schools toward outstanding outcomes and shaping the next phase of THPT's journey.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Education, you will provide strategic leadership, support and challenge across campuses, work closely with Principals to drive improvement, develop leadership capacity and secure a life-changing education for all young people.

• Experience leading multiple schools with measurable outcomes.
• Credible credibility with senior educational leaders and governors.
• Ability to balance challenge with supportive development.
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for every child.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across five secondary schools within THPT.
• Work with Principals to drive improvement and leadership capacity.
• Shape trust-wide strategy and secure life-changing education for pupils.
• Support governance and drive sustainable trust-wide improvement.
