Job summary

The Howard Partnership Trust invites applications for its first Director of Secondary Phase, a pivotal role shaping trust-wide strategy across five secondary schools in Surrey.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Education, you will provide strategic leadership, drive improvement, build leadership capacity and ensure inclusive, high-quality education for every pupil. This is an ambitious, values-led appointment aimed at delivering sustainable improvement and long-term growth for THPT.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic leadership across multiple schools and/or a trust
• Proven credibility with senior educational leaders
• Ability to balance challenge with supportive development
• Commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils

• Provide strategic leadership across five secondary schools within the Trust
• Support and challenge Principals to drive improvement
• Develop leadership capacity and sustainable improvements across the Trust
