Job summary

Hampton College is seeking a Headteacher for the Primary Phase to provide strategic and operational leadership for the two-form-entry primary phase within the Hampton Academies Trust. You will work alongside the Executive Headteacher and Trust leaders to sustain high standards and support staff and pupils.

The role is open to an experienced headteacher or a senior leader ready to move into headship, with a track record of improving outcomes and a commitment to inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a primary school setting.
• Ability to inspire and develop staff through collaborative leadership.
• Passion for raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils.
• Understanding of inclusion, wellbeing and community engagement.
• Vision, drive and determination to build on existing success and deliver continued improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the two-form-entry Primary Phase.
• Drive excellence in teaching and learning.
• Champion high expectations for every child.
• Foster a culture in which staff and pupils can flourish.
• Work closely with the Executive Headteacher, Head of School (Secondary Phase), governors and trust leaders.
• Shape the future direction of the school and contribute to the wider success of the Trust.
