Trinity Multi Academy Trust is seeking an Executive Principal to lead its primary academies, both established and newly joined. You will set strategic direction, coach principals, and drive attainment while guiding schools through their transfer into the trust.

This cross-school role demands resilience, integrity and a clear vision, with opportunities for system leadership across the trust, including growth, bids and new initiatives, backed by a strong professional development programme.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a successful, high-achieving school.
• Experience of leading change and improvement.

Responsabilités

• Strategically lead the direction and development of the designated academies, ensuring the trust's vision is shared and acted upon by all staff.
• Lead, coach and hold to account principals and senior leadership teams, raising standards and aspirations in every school.
• Have overall responsibility for raising pupil attainment and achievement, with high-quality teaching at the center of strategic planning.
• Support newly joining schools through their transfer into the trust, embedding Trinity's approaches and securing rapid, sustained improvement.
• Broker collaboration across the primary academies, sharing best practice and building effective learning communities.
• Work with trust leaders on the strategic development and growth of Trinity, including bids, plans and new initiatives.
