Job summary

Crompton House Church of England Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a Trust IT Technician to join a busy IT Services team. The role requires travelling to schools within the Trust to provide proactive and reactive hardware, software and peripheral support for students, staff, Governors and visitors.

The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and able to troubleshoot efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive IT hardware, software and peripheral support across Trust schools.
• Travel to multiple schools within the Crompton House Multi-Academy Trust to deliver services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our hardworking and knowledgeable team at Crompton House Church of England Multi-Academy Trust. Within this role you will, be required to travel to schools within the Trust.

What you will be doing:

You will work in a dedicated, dynamic, and busy IT Services team. As a Trust IT Technician you will play a key role in providing pro-active and reactive hardware, software & peripheral support to all Trust Students, Staff, Governors, visitors and third parties in line with School and Trust requirements.
