Job summary

Mowbray Education Trust is seeking a capable investigator to lead and manage disciplinary, grievance, complaint and fact-finding investigations across Trust sites. You will conduct interviews, analyse complex information, prepare reports and present findings at hearings while maintaining confidentiality.

You will work independently with sound judgement and discretion as part of the Senior Leadership Team, travelling between Trust sites.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting grievance, disciplinary or similar investigations.
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex information.
• Excellent organisation and time-management.
• Ability to influence, mediate and work with tact and empathy.
• Ability to travel independently across Trust sites.

You will lead and manage a range of disciplinary, grievance, complaint and fact-finding investigations. This includes conducting interviews, analysing complex information, preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings at hearings.
