Job summary

Panoramic Associates is partnered with a multi-academy Trust to appoint an experienced SEND Inclusion & Funding Specialist to provide operational support across London and the South East based schools.

The role focuses on reducing demand on schools around EHCP consultations, SEND provision and funding, working closely with Headteachers and SENCOs to secure appropriate support and to challenge Local Authorities where funding does not reflect need.

Qualifications

• Experience working with EHCPs, SEND provision and LA funding.
• Ability to challenge Local Authorities and advocate for schools.
• Multi-school/Trust leadership experience desirable but not essential.

• Monitor SEND expenditure and support schools with effective use of funding.

About You

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including primary, EYFS, specialist and SEN settings, as well as school or Trust-level leadership.

You will have:

• Experience working with EHCPs, SEND provision and LA funding.
• The confidence to challenge Local Authorities and advocate effectively for schools.

Previous multi-school/Trust experience is desirable but not essential.

The trust are open to considering anywhere from 3-5 days per week for the right candidate, but preferably five. Visit to the school when necessary, but a large amount of this work is able to be completed remotely/ via TEAMS.
