Areté Learning Trust is seeking a Trust HR Officer to join our central support services. The role focuses on delivering professional HR support across 11 schools in North Yorkshire, with 37 hours per week term-time plus two weeks.
You will work with school leaders, provide guidance, and manage complex casework while upholding safeguarding and data protection standards. The role requires proven HR experience, excellent organisation, and discretion.
