Priory Federation of Academies is seeking a part-time Careers Advisor to provide personal guidance interviews and support for career-related learning across the Trust. The role covers a Lincoln or Southern Lincolnshire hub, with capped appointment days to manage workload.

You will assist with post-16 and post-18 applications, work with the Careers Teams, and contribute to the overall careers education offer. A Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification and enhanced DBS are required.

Qualificações

This is a part-time Careers Advisor post in the Trust Careers Team at the Priory Federation of Academies, covering academies that include post-16 provision. The core of the work is one-to-one guidance interviews for students across the Trust, alongside support for career-related learning and post-16 and post-18 applications. The post is 15 hours a week over 40 weeks, based at a Lincoln or Southern Lincolnshire hub, with no more than five hour-long appointments on any academy day. Applicants need a Level 6 careers guidance qualification and an enhanced DBS check, and visa sponsorship is not available.

What the job involves
