Job summary

The Priory Federation of Academies Trust is recruiting a part-time Trust Careers Advisor to deliver personal guidance interviews for students across multiple academies in Lincoln and surrounding hubs. The role also supports the strategic careers lead and adult education team in delivering career-related learning, work-related experiences, and post-16/18 applications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering careers guidance to students.
• Ability to deliver 1-1 careers appointments across multiple academies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal guidance interviews with students across the Trust.
• Work across Lincoln/ Southern Lincolnshire hubs supporting career-related learning and work experience.
• Assist in post-16 and post-18 applications processes.
• Support Strategic Careers Lead and Academy Careers Teams.
