Job summary

The Laurus Trust is seeking a skilled Capital Projects Manager to lead a portfolio of school capital and estate development projects in Cheshire. Reporting to the Director of IT and Capital Projects, you will act as the client representative from inception to handover, ensuring safety, time, budget and quality targets are met.

Working with consultants, contractors and school leaders, you will shape designs, supervise procurement, and drive delivery to realise the Trust’s ambitious estate

Responsibilities

• Act as the Trust's client representative, managing projects from inception through completion and ensuring safety, on time delivery, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Lead a diverse portfolio of capital and estate development projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, stakeholders and advisers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop business cases and tender documentation and oversee construction activities, commissioning and handover to support the Trust's estate ambitions.
