Cheadle Hulme High School is recruiting a Senior IT Technician to join the Laurus Trust IT team. You will deliver high-quality second-line technical support and help coordinate the IT Helpdesk, supporting the Trust IT Management in delivering a reliable, customer-focused service.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure and service improvement projects across our Trust, supporting 10,000+ users across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in an IT Support/helpdesk environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CC and other relevant IT packages.
• Sound educational background with GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
