You will work across the Trust, advising schools and strengthening attendance systems to secure positive outcomes for children and families.
This permanent, 37-hour per week role operates hybrid with regular Trust office days and travel to schools.
Play a key role in improving attendance and transforming outcomes for pupils Unity Schools Partnership (40 primary, secondary and special schools across East Anglia and north-east London) is seeking a highly organised, resilient and child-centred Trust Attendance Lead to support schools in improving attendance, reducing persistent absence and ensuring every pupil is well-supported to attend, achieve and thrive. Why this role matters Attendance is fundamental to pupil success. This role sits at the heart of our work to ensure every child attends regularly and feels ready to learn. You will work across the Trust and with schools to strengthen attendance systems, provide expert advice and disseminate effective practice, balancing support and challenge to secure positive outcomes for pupils and families., A pivotal role in a growing Trust, working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across a family of schools.
Contract: permanent, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Salary: Grade 7 SP 30-35, (£47,643 - £53,182 per annum). Job Start: As soon as possible Annual leave: 24 days holiday rising to 29 days holiday after 5 years' service plus bank holidays Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme
