Unity Schools Partnership is seeking a highly organised Trust Attendance Officer to support schools across East Anglia and north-east London. The role focuses on improving attendance, reducing persistent absence and ensuring every pupil is well-supported to attend, achieve and thrive.
You will work across the Trust, advising schools, strengthening attendance systems and disseminating best practice, balancing support with challenge while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality.

Contract: permanent, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Job Start: As soon as possible
Annual leave: 24 days holiday rising to 29 days holiday after 5 years’ service plus bank holidays

This role sits at the heart of our work to ensure every child attends regularly and feels ready to learn. You will work across the Trust and with schools to strengthen attendance systems, provide expert advice and disseminate effective practice, balancing support and challenge to secure positive outcomes for pupils and families.
