Job summary

Itchy Feet, Bermuda-based Trust Services Provider, is seeking a Trust Administrator to join our specialist team. You will support the administration of diverse trust structures and collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance and excellent client service.

You will handle governance, due diligence, and regulatory filings, while identifying improvements to client experience and controls. The role offers a 35-hour week, generous holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing trust services experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Diploma in International Trust Management (STEP) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; minute taking is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficient with Viewpoint entity administration software or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trust structures in accordance with internal policies and Bermuda requirements.
• Assist in analysing trust deeds, and related documents for legal, tax, administrative, and investment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date beneficiary information to fulfil fiduciary duties.
• Record trust transactions accurately and maintain statutory registers.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and resolutions, and track actions.
• Liaise with regulators and authorities and coordinate with AML/compliance teams.
• Respond to email queries and engage in business discussions proactively.
• Request and review Client Due Diligence information to ensure AML/ATF compliance.
