Tesco is seeking an Assistant Designer for the Papershop team. You will work on trend-led prints and product concepts across Paperchase and Tesco brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers from idea to launch.

Requirements include a BA in Design or equivalent, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and willingness to contribute to seasonal strategies with strong hand-illustration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a creative design role with a portfolio demonstrating skills and creative thinking.
• BA degree in Design or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide design, product development and sampling support for the team.
• Communicate trends to design and buying teams and share insights.
• Assist in designing balanced ranges and contributing to seasonal strategy.
• Support the delivery of must-haves and trend products for customers.
