Job summary

TRP RECRUITMENT seeks a talented Apparel Graphic Designer for a London-based fashion business. You will develop original, trend-led graphics for apparel, including T-shirts and licensed products, taking concepts from initial idea through to production-ready artwork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for typography, illustration and colour, with hands-on experience in garment decoration techniques and collaboration with factories to ensure samples meet required standards.

Qualifications

Experience as Apparel/Fashion Graphic Designer or similar role.
Portfolio demonstrating commercial fashion graphics and garment design.
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of apparel printing and decoration techniques (screen print, transfers, embroidery, appliqué).

Responsibilities

Create trend-led graphics for apparel, including T-shirts and licensed products.
Research fashion and graphic trends to inspire designs.
Develop concepts across print, embroidery, transfers and other embellishments.
Produce production-ready artwork and technical files for factories.
Collaborate with factories through sampling and approvals to ensure quality.
Create typography, illustration and placement graphics for different products.
Ensure artwork complies with copyright, licensing and production requirements.
Review samples and provide feedback on colour, scale and technique.
Work with wider design, product and commercial teams to meet critical path deadlines.
Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to support design process.
