Job summary

Schools’ Choice in Walsall is seeking a Tree Team Leader to manage arboricultural operations on-site. The role focuses on supervising teams, planning workloads, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 Arboriculture qualification or higher, has leadership experience in environmental services, and holds a valid UK driving licence. The position runs for six months with IR35 inside and an on-site working pattern.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Arboriculture qualification or above (evidence required).
• Previous experience leading arboricultural or environmental services teams.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and arboricultural best practice.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to pass Licence Bureau checks, including Fitness to Drive and Medication Declarations.

Contract: 6 Months

Rate: £20.29 PAYE / £27.00 Umbrella per Hour IR35: Inside IR35
