Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Sunderland, England seeks a Treatment Manager to oversee quality oversight, facilitation and delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour as part of court sentence requirements.

The role is regionally based, reporting to a Programme Manager, providing supervision to Programme Facilitators and advisory support to improve performance, skills and development opportunities within the region.

Qualifications

• Trained Programme Facilitator with delivery of two Accredited Programmes.
• Experience in Criminal Justice or Social Care sector.
• Knowledge of group dynamics and ability to motivate groups and individuals.
• Experience of prosocial modelling / motivational interviewing.
• Experience of supporting others to evidence professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality delivery of interventions including accredited programmes and structured interventions.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators and advise on performance improvement.
• Advise staff and external organisations on eligibility and suitability criteria.
• Manage risks presented by people on Probation during programmes and share information with Probation Practitioners as required.
• Coordinate planning and preparation for delivering programmes per the Programme Schedule and manage waiting lists.
• Support development of Programme Facilitators and report under-performance or quality concerns to the Programme Manager.
• Oversee risk management during programme delivery and ensure timely information exchanges with Probation Practitioners.
• Contribute to updating accredited programme manuals and implement changes.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes when required to maintain accreditation.
