Job summary

Ministry of Justice in the West Midlands region seeks a Treatment Manager to oversee accredited programmes and structured interventions for probation clients. You will supervise programme facilitators regionally, ensure content delivery meets manual requirements and provide expert advice to staff and partners.

The role includes on-call cover for referrals, with hours that may include evenings and weekends, and hybrid work across MoJ sites in the Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in Criminal Justice or Social Care sector.
• Ability to supervise and advise staff to improve performance.
• Knowledge of accredited programmes and session content requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators regionally.
• Offer training and consultancy to staff and external organisations.
• Manage risks for people on Probation during programmes.
• Coordinate planning, assessments and waiting lists for programmes.
• Support staff with development and monitor performance via supervision.
• Maintain changes to programme manuals and implement them.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes as required.
