Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Programme Manager to plan, manage and oversee the delivery of accredited offending behaviour programmes in custody and on release. You will lead a team of facilitators and administrators, ensuring guidance, CPD and adherence to the Interventions Integrity Framework and HMPPS accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with regional psychology teams, report to the Head of Reducing Reoffending, develop annual delivery plans, monitor performance and support

Qualifications

• Experience in line management and team leadership.
• Experience in programme delivery planning and CPD coordination.
• Strong data literacy and ability to monitor performance against targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and delivery of offending behaviour programmes and ensure staff guidance and CPD.
• Develop and monitor annual delivery plans with capacity planning and resource management.
• Provide performance data and feedback to senior leaders and national teams.
• Collaborate with regional and national psychology teams to support delivery planning and high-quality service.
• Engage with local, regional and national agendas aligned to the HMPPS strategy.
