Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Treatment Manager based in England to oversee quality oversight, facilitation and delivery of Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions addressing offending behaviour to meet court sentence requirements.

The role is regionally based, reporting to a Programme Manager, providing supervision to Programme Facilitators and professional advice to improve performance, skills and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced Programme Facilitator with two Accredited Programmes delivery experience.
• Experience in Criminal Justice or Social Care sectors.
• Understanding of group dynamics and motivating groups/individuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality delivery of interventions and monitoring of accredited programmes.
• Provide professional supervision to Programme Facilitators within the region.
• Advise staff and external organisations on eligibility and criteria.
• Manage risks presented by people on Probation during programme delivery.
• Coordinate planning and preparation for delivering programmes per schedule.
• Monitor performance and report under-performance or quality issues to the Programme Manager.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes when required.
