Mydentist in Penistone, Sheffield, is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join a supportive team. You will attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media and events, guiding patients through their private treatment journey and converting interest into sales.

The role requires confidence in sales conversations, strong relationship building, and the ability to work with dentists to grow private patient numbers. Full-time with some evenings and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• GDC registration preferred.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator or dental nurse advantageous.
• Exposure to treatment coordination in a dental practice is a plus.

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentistYou’ll be joining us at our Penistone dental practice at 11-15 High St, Sheffield, S36 6BR. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journeyCandidates should ideally be GDC registered and have previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse. Consideration will also be given to candidates with exposure to treatment coordination responsibilities within a dental practice who are keen to progress into a dedicated TCO roleThe working pattern for this role will be full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45-17:30 plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
