Job summary

Grosvenor Group's Treasury team is seeking a Treasury Systems Manager to design, configure and implement priority treasury technology solutions while supporting the ongoing ERP rollout across UK and international entities.

The role emphasizes strong treasury process knowledge, hands-on system management, and collaboration with Group Technology to ensure secure, automated cash, liquidity and risk reporting. You will drive improvements and maintain data integrity across interfaces and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise configuring FIS Integrity TMS and related treasury systems.
• Experience with daily cash management and settlement processes within treasury.
• Experience supporting integrations between TMS, ERP, payment hub, banks or other systems.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills for data investigation, reconciliation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treasury workflow automations and support treasury project workstreams.
• Design and configure treasury system modules, permissions and controls.
• Develop and support integrations between TMS, ERP, payment hub, banks or other platforms, including API/SWIFT connectivity.
• Oversee system upgrades and testing in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate Treasury’s ISO 20022 and bank connectivity workstreams.
• Own day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution across interfaces.
• Maintain data integrity across treasury systems and interfaces including ERP and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain treasury reporting and KPIs (Power BI/dashboards).
• Ensure changes are controlled with documentation and audit trail.
• Collaborate with Treasury/Finance to respond to system inquiries.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
