Job description

Group Treasury operates a coordinated function across Grosvenor, supporting property companies in the UK, Americas, Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments and legacy assets in Asia and Europe. The team also manages treasury activity for the Group Team and provides ad hoc treasury advice to the Family Office and Grosvenor Food & AgTech. The Treasury Systems Manager is a fixed-term role responsible for designing, configuring and implementing priority treasury technology solutions. The role will support and maximise the opportunities for Treasury arising from Grosvenor's ongoing implementation of a new ERP system. Working closely with the Treasury team and Group Technology, the role will help ensure the effective and secure operation of technology supporting cash, liquidity and risk management processes. It combines treasury systems experience with a strong understanding of treasury processes and controls, spanning project delivery, system administration and maintenance, technical issue resolution and improvements to back-office processes. This role will play an important part in the Treasury team's success, driving improvements and helping to ensure treasury technology is effective, well controlled and fit for purpose. Candidates will bring strong technical and problem‑solving skills, relevant experience and a clear understanding of treasury systems, processes and controls gained within a corporate or consultancy environment.

We know flexibility is important and take a hybrid approach to working.

There are adjustments available for our process.

Grosvenor is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.

We want you to have every opportunity to show us your strengths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver treasury workflow automations and support treasury project workstreams.
  • Design and configure treasury system modules, permissions and controls.
  • Develop and support integrations between the TMS, payment hub and ERP, dealing and confirmation platforms, data warehouse and banks, collaborating with Group Technology to implement API or SWIFT connectivity for global banking relationships.
  • Oversee system upgrades and testing in collaboration with IT and external vendors, supporting the delivery of straight-through processing, API, SFTP and host-to-host connectivity.
  • Coordinate Treasury’s ISO 20022 and bank connectivity workstreams, maintaining a bank-by-bank requirements matrix covering supported message versions, structured-address requirements, testing prerequisites, acknowledgements and migration status.
  • Own day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution, leading the investigation of interface failures, coordination of technical resolution and working with the Treasury Manager to maintain issue logs, known-error records and workarounds.
  • Maintain data integrity across treasury systems and interfaces, including the ERP, bank portals and market data feeds, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data flowing into dashboards and reports.
  • Develop and maintain treasury reporting, including Power BI or dashboard development for treasury metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure system changes are appropriately controlled, with requests, verification, approvals, documentation and reconciliation completed across systems and supported by a clear audit trail.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Finance colleagues to share information or coordinate and prepare responses to system enquiries.
  • Support internal and external audit requests as required.
Key Requirements
  • Hands‑on expertise in the use and configuration of FIS Integrity TMS, alongside experience with other commonly used treasury systems and platforms, including TIS, 360T, Finastra, secure file transfer channels and online banking platforms.
  • Experience or a strong understanding of daily cash management and settlement processes, including banking administration, payment acknowledgements and other common treasury processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for process and control improvements.
  • Experience supporting integrations between a TMS, ERP, payment hub, banks or other financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate data and interface failures across multiple systems, combined with excellent attention to detail.
