Embat in London is seeking a UK Treasury Implementation Specialist to activate and configure our software for new clients. You’ll work with CFOs on treasury management, cash flow forecasting, cash accounting, and payments, delivering client-focused configuration and integration across platforms.

This role is based in London with a hybrid model (40% remote). You should have 6+ years in finance and software implementation, experience with financial software such as TMS or ERP, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in finance and software implementation projects.
• Experience with financial software such as TMS or ERP.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and English communication skills.
• London-based hybrid work arrangement and ability to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine the best configurations for their business needs.
• Configure software via the UI to meet client requirements and project scope.
• Configure backend databases, scripts, and tools; track progress of implementations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders.
• Act as internal product knowledge resource during training, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Lead client-facing implementation kickoffs and requirements sessions.
• Collaborate with Product team by providing user feedback and research.
