Job summary

WPP is seeking an experienced Treasury Systems leader to shape and deliver the future of Treasury technology, reporting to Group Treasury. You will drive automation, governance and major system initiatives across regions and manage a team based in Bengaluru.

The role focuses on transforming the treasury landscape with automation, data governance and seamless integrations with ERP and banking networks, while ensuring strong controls and risk management across a global platform with a hybrid work

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing, managing, or supporting Treasury Management Systems within a corporate or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of UK and international treasury operations, including cash management and liquidity.

Responsibilities

Lead the Treasury Systems strategy, roadmap and transformation agenda across a global organisation.
Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements to testing, implementation and post‑go‑live support.
Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, banking partners and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.
Maintain robust control environment aligning with governance and risk requirements.
Champion automation, analytics and AI-driven improvements for treasury processes.
