Job summary

Prestigious International Bank in London is recruiting a Treasury Settlements Administrator to ensure timely and accurate settlement and reporting within the Treasury business. You will support confirmations, data maintenance, and issue resolution by liaising with internal teams and external counterparties.

Ideal candidates will have strong Treasury product knowledge, excellent organization, and robust communication skills to prioritise tasks and coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of treasury products and settlement processes.
• Strong organization with attention to detail.
• Clear communication across departments and with external parties.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and accurate settlement and reporting for Treasury activities.
• Support confirmation processes and maintenance of static data in back office systems.
• Resolve settlement issues by liaising with management and counterparties.
• Manage queries from internal and external sources efficiently.
• Handle daily transaction reporting, P&L production, reconciliation, and VAT/ regulatory aspects as appropriate.
• Oversee collateral/ISDA/CSA documentation and margin reconciliation where required.
• Ensure proper filing of securities, IRS, and related confirmations.
