Job Description:

In this role, you will partner with the business, providing treasury advice and solutions on FX, Working Capital, and inter-company funding. You will be responsible for executing and recording market trades in compliance with Treasury Policy.

You will be responsible for:

1. Executing financial derivative market transactions (FX and Deposits) as per business needs and inputting deals into the Treasury system.
2. Actively seeking out risks and opportunities to support the business (e.g., FX, working capital) from both local and group perspectives, collaborating with business units to add value.
3. Understanding and challenging BU cash forecasting to ensure proper funding (inter-company loans, equity injections, dividends).
4. Managing the Group’s short-term cash position, including borrowing, depositing funds, and arranging short-term debt.
5. Dealing with external counterparties (e.g., banks, money market funds).
6. Handling other ad hoc projects within Group Treasury.

You will need:

1. Experience with financial derivative market transactions (FX and Deposits).
2. Ability to identify and manage risks and opportunities in business (e.g., FX, working capital).
3. Proficiency in cash forecasting and funding.
4. Experience managing short-term cash positions, including borrowing and depositing funds.
5. Experience dealing with external counterparties.
6. Understanding of economics and how news impacts FX and interest rates.
