Job summary

• Qualified Accountant or Treasury Specialist with strong accounting and treasury principles.
• Experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and governance in complex corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational Treasury function, managing daily cash, forecasting, and liquidity across UK & Ireland division.
• Serve as primary banking partner contact and oversee banking structures and administration.
• Mentor and develop the cash and banking team, driving workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain robust treasury controls, compliance, and reporting, supporting audits and standardisation.
• Drive process improvement, digitisation, data analytics, and automation in treasury workflows.
• Provide management reporting on cash trends, liquidity forecasts, and consolidated figures.
