Qualifikationen

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Treasury Specialist.
• Proven experience in cash management, liquidity planning, working capital optimisation, and operational treasury.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of leading, motivating, and developing finance or treasury teams.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage financial data, analytics, and systems.

• Lead the operational Treasury function, managing daily cash positioning, cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external banking partners and internal stakeholders, managing banking administration and account structures.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the cash and banking team, driving resource allocation and development.
• Maintain robust treasury controls, compliance, and reporting frameworks across segments and audits.
• Identify process bottlenecks, streamline end-to-end treasury workflows, and leverage digital tools and automation.
• Deliver management reporting on cash trends, liquidity forecasts, and strategic insights.
