Job summary

University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group is seeking an exceptional finance leader to join our senior finance team as Head of Treasury Management. You will lead treasury operations, oversee cash, liquidity, banking and controls, and prepare and review cashflow forecasts.

You will be CCAB qualified, with Master’s-level education or equivalent training, and hold substantial leadership experience in treasury and financial accounting.

Qualifications

• CCAB qualified with Master’s level education or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience in treasury or financial accounting.
• Excellent analytical, modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with auditors, regulators and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations, cash management, liquidity and controls.
• Prepare and review short- and long-term cashflow forecasts.
• Oversee reporting, audits, policies and internal controls.
• Drive automation and digital transformation across Treasury, AP and AR.
