Job summary

You will investigate and resolve complex incidents, monitor systems, and collaborate with treasury, infrastructure and security teams to ensure high availability and compliance. 3-5 years experience with FIS Integrity or treasury systems preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in 1st/2nd line treasury or financial systems support.
• Understanding of treasury processes, payments and liquidity.
• Experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Monitor treasury systems, interfaces, and scheduled jobs.
• Support major incident management and bridge calls.
• Assist in testing, UAT, and releases in treasury environments.
