Job summary

HM Treasury is seeking an experienced publishing professional to lead digital content across its online platforms, including GOV.UK. The role involves coordinating publication workflows, working with policy teams and press offices, and ensuring high editorial and accessibility standards for high-profile documents and announcements.

You will manage end-to-end publishing, plan and edit digital content, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines in a fast-paced government

Qualifications

• Experience publishing or leading digital content for websites or digital platforms.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver high-profile publications under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of editorial, content design, or accessibility principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the publication of HM Treasury documents and announcements on GOV.UK within GOV.UK style and accessibility requirements.
• Coordinate the digital production workflow for major Treasury publications and support fiscal events.
• Edit and structure documents and web content for clarity and digital readability.
• Advise policy teams, press officers and collaborators on publication readiness and the publishing process.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to colleagues on publication preparation and Treasury templates.
