The role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst - Treasury and Securitisation to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and strategy.

The role supports the Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Treasury in providing effective weekly and monthly reporting and partnership. It involves developing the finance function's brand across the organisation as a professional team that enables growth.

Key responsibilities include supporting monthly management accounts, debtor metrics, liquidity, and cost management.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Securitisation financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, providing analysis and insights.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts for the Financial Services division and related documentation for the Securitisation facility.
3. Provide ad hoc financial analysis for decision-making and performance monitoring.
4. Develop data-driven KPIs, support forecasting, appraisals, and audits.
5. Coordinate Protiviti audits and support wider team in audit preparations.
6. Post accruals, prepayments, and journals.
7. Ensure stakeholders understand their financial responsibilities.
8. Support daily and weekly cash flow reconciliations and maintain the cash flow forecast.
9. Produce treasury reports, explain variances, and manage working capital and facilities.
10. Maintain treasury documentation and build relationships with banking partners.

Candidate requirements:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA or above.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• Comfortable with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI, Oracle Cloud, TM1, Teradata are desirable.
